CONDITIONS FOR LEAVING A REVIEW

On the ULE Site, you have the possibility of posting a consumer opinion from the email that will be sent to you on this subject after the purchase of a Product on the Site (hereinafter "Consumer Review"). 

Consumer Reviews allow Users to leave opinions, advice, tips, suggestions, information, recommendations on products sold by ULE that they have tested. 

Submission of a Consumer Review:

The filing of a Consumer Review takes place according to the following steps: 

1. the User must fill in his first name and his email address in the related fields 

2. the User must select the Product(s) tested 

3. the User must assign a rating to the Product which can vary from one (1) to five (5) stars, having the following meaning: 1 = Bad, 2= Fair, 3 = Average, 4 = Good, 5 = Excellent ; 

4. the User must complete his opinion by describing his experience with the Product in the related field; 

Users do not receive any compensation in exchange for filing a Consumer Review. 

The Product will then have an overall rating corresponding to the average of all the ratings given by all the Users' Reviews of this Product.

Publication and retention period of Consumer Reviews:

Consumer Reviews are generally published within one (1) to two (2) business days of their submission by the User. 

Once the Consumer Review has been published, it is kept on the Site until the Product is delisted.  

Moderation of Consumer Reviews

Consumer Reviews are subject to human control by moderators prior to their publication on the Site. 

ULE reserves the right to delete or refuse to publish a Consumer Review when it contravenes these General Conditions of Use of the Site and in particular the provisions appearing in the paragraph “Content of Consumer Opinions and Guarantees” below. 

Reviews indicated as "Verified Reviews" mean that they have been validated by the User after receiving an email confirmation of the review.

Content of Consumer Notices and Guarantees

By submitting a Consumer Review on the Site, you agree not to send any content: 

• defamatory, obscene, infringing the privacy or personality rights of third parties, containing threats or insults, constituting harassment, insulting, hateful, pornographic, violent, or which constitutes Infringing Content or Odious Content (such as defined below) or content that ULE considers inappropriate; 

• in such a way as to impersonate any person or organization, including ULE staff, or falsely imply an affiliation with a third person or entity; 

• containing viruses, corrupted files or any other software or programs that could substantially affect the operation of the Site or one of its functionalities; 

• that you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading; 

• who breaches business secrecy or an obligation of confidentiality; 

• that violates any law or ordinance, or any decree or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or false advertising); 

• for which you have been paid or received compensation from any unapproved third party; 

• which includes information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers; 
  

In addition, by posting a Consumer Review on the Site, you guarantee: 

• that you are the sole author and holder of the intellectual property rights of the content; 

• that all content you post is accurate; 

• that you are at least 16 years old; 

• that you have previously purchased and tested the product for which you are submitting a Consumer Review, 

• that the use of the Consumer Review that you publish does not violate these General Conditions of Use of the Site, and does not harm any person or entity. 

You acknowledge that you, and not ULE, are responsible for the content of your contribution. 

As such, you guarantee that you are the holder of the rights (and in particular the intellectual property rights and image rights) relating to the Consumer Reviews that you submit on the Site. You therefore warrant that the display, publication or submission of any Consumer Review that you submit on the Site does not infringe the rights of personality or the intellectual property rights of third parties. 

You agree to indemnify us and our officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents against any claim or action (including reasonable attorneys' fees and associated court costs), to the extent that such claims or actions are based on (i) a breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Use or (ii) an allegation by a third party that a Consumer Review you have posted on the Site is in violation of the rights intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright, related rights, patents, trademarks, commercial logos, titles or designs) or any other right (including, but not limited to, the general right to privacy and image rights) of this third party. 

In the event of a complaint or action by a third party as described above, you undertake, at our request, to immediately provide us with the exhaustive and honest information necessary for the examination of these complaints and for the organization of our defence. 

ULE, its agents, subsidiaries, partners or third-party service providers as well as their respective directors, representatives and employees are also under no obligation of confidentiality with regard to all or part of the Consumer Reviews that you publish on the Site.
